What these demos give us

Credibility artifacts when someone Googles Jamie. Each one looks like genuine client work. Together they show three different audiences (landlords / trades / lettings) that Jamie can build real things for real businesses.

Carousel rotation candidates. Slide 2 (currently the Property Review Intelligence) could swap with any of these to refresh the showcase without commissioning new work.

SEO surface area. If hosted as /work/epc-compliance, /work/job-profitability, etc., each one is a landing page for the audience it serves.

Conversation starters. When Jamie meets a landlord he can text them the EPC link. When he meets a plumber, the profitability link. The website becomes a closing tool, not a brochure.
